SECTION 5A – CANDLE USE, SAFETY & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Our candles are intended for decorative and aromatic use only and must be used in accordance with all provided care and safety instructions.

By purchasing and using our candles, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and heat sources.

  • Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

  • Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.

  • Do not burn candles for longer than the recommended burn time stated on the product or packaging.

  • Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire hazard, injury, or property damage.

SECTION 5B – HAND-POURED & NATURAL VARIATIONS

Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using natural waxes and fragrance oils. As a result, variations in color, scent strength, wax texture, frosting, wet spots, or surface appearance may occur.

These variations are natural characteristics of handmade candles and are not considered defects.

SECTION 5C – SCENT SENSITIVITY & ALLERGIES

Fragrance sensitivity varies from person to person. Isle Aura & Co. does not guarantee that a fragrance will be suitable for all individuals.

We recommend burning candles in well-ventilated areas and discontinuing use if irritation, headaches, or discomfort occur. Isle Aura & Co. is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by individual sensitivity to fragrance ingredients.

SECTION 5D – STORAGE & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Candles should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or excessive heat. Isle Aura & Co. is not responsible for melting, sweating, scent fading, or texture changes caused by improper storage or environmental conditions after delivery.

SECTION 5E – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CANDLE USE

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isle Aura & Co. shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow candle care and safety instructions.

All candle use is at the purchaser’s own risk once the product has been delivered.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your information as needed.
